The UK faces a desperate housing crisis. We need to build at least 340,000 homes per year according to latest figures. The Social and Private housing sectors need to up their game in customer service to help bolster the UK economy.


Customer service across all industries is extremely important. 76% of the UK GDP is delivered through service-based organisations so the competitiveness of the UK in the world is dependent on a strong service-based economy.

The NWEAT Apprenticeships cover Level 5 Coaching Professional and Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager to Level 3 Business Administrator and Level 2 and 3 Customer Service roles, all delivered specifically to up-skill existing and new staff.

NWEAT'S apprenticeships take between 12 and 36 months depending on the apprenticeship standard, the apprentices existing knowledge and the needs of the business.

entry requirements

Entry requirements for our apprenticeships are determined in conjunction with the employer and based on our Trade Skills Assessment. The apprentice must also be capable of achieving Maths and English prior to taking End-Point Assessment.
